Units can be double-stacked. Drawers slide in and out within individual steel compartments. Raised Base offers protection by keeping materials raised up from floor level. The all-steel construction assures you of an outstanding value and years of use.

30-Drawer Organizer Specifications
Materials: 30-Drawer Organizers are fabricated of high quality, cold rolled carbon steel, free of scale or rust and fully pickled. Exposed edges, corners and surface areas are free of sharp edges and all workmanship is of the highest quality as measured by the industry.
Finish: All steel components shall be thoroughly cleaned and phosphatized for rust resistance in a five-stage pre-treatment process. A high grade of polyester/epoxy powder paint is to be applied electrostatically with a gloss reading of between 55 and 65. The finish shall have a salt spray rating of 250 hours or more.
Wrapper: 24 guage steel rolled into a one piece warp-around cabinet which eliminates sharp edges, permits flush alignment to save space and provides a smooth appearance. The front of the wrapper is formed into a channel with 24 guage steel angle reinforcement welded into corners.
Bottom: 24 guage steel with 4" seal to give strength and rigidity.
Back: 20 guage steel welded into place by resistance welding.
Ladder: 22 guage steel formed into a cup channel providing a rigid drawer tract for many years of trouble free use. Each cabinet contains 6 ladders. Ladders include a stop to prevent over extension of drawers.
Drawer: One piece or 24 guage steel with lapped and welded corners and all sides hemmed for extra strength. Each drawer is interchangeable, with a rugged combination label holder and integrated handle.
